Personal WM-passport by video conference

We are pleased to announce that obtaining a Webmoney Personal WM-Passport for residents of the Czech Republic has become even easier. In addition to the traditional method of obtaining a WM-Passport during the personal meeting in our office (this method is still relevant), Registrar Syedyshev Oleg WMID 981434194552 has received the right to to issue Personal WM-Passports by video conference, remotely. This method can be convenient for those who, for certain reasons, cannot personally visit our office in Prague.

The video conference brings up some additional conditions to the recipient:

• Only Personal WM-Passports can be issued (it is not possible to get Initial WM-Passport by by video conference); the cost of the Personal WM-Passport issuance by video-conference is the same as in person: 99.99 WMZ
• The applicant must either be a Czech citizen or have an official registered residence and documents in the Czech Republic.
• In your account at passport.wmtransfer.com, the place of residence must be indicated as Czech Republic and correspond to the officially registered one mentioned in clause 2.
• Before submitting an application, the applicant must record the VideoID into passport.wmtransfer.com and wait for it to be verified by the Webmoney system.
• The applicant must have a webcam of sufficient quality (so it would be possible for the Registrar to read and check the applicant's documents on video). All video / audio attestations are recorded and stored by Webmoney on their website.

The function of obtaining a WM-Passport by video conference was only recently launched by the Webmoney system, so if there are any problems during the application or during the certification itself, do not worry, we will solve them together.
